Due to recent and ongoing ill health, I have a backlog of admin, Excel d/entry and filing work to bring property management files uptodate. Initially, the work is in Panania office to physically deal with all the paperwork backlog, then there is opportunity to do remote once everything's upto-speed. Ideally you will live local however the office is located within 3min walk from train station. I'm still experiencing weak health, so looking for someone ideally 1-2 days per week, for a few hours at a time (4 hrs max). If this suits you, please submit your resume. This is not a property management hands-on role. It will be under direction for admin/support. The task is for 2 hours work to demonstrate suitability on both sides (2hr x $30+20% ATfee is budget). Ongoing work can then be sorted later. Good spoken and written English skills required as well as resume and reviews showing this type of previous work experience. I'm flexible on start date, due to my health, but ideally within the next week or two. Please note - if you had submitted your resume previously, please do again.
