Driveway is already pressure washed. Need it painted Monument Grey. Under patio is not pressure washed but needs pressure wash and paint. The wall behind the main door has a small hole that needs to be filled. See last photo. Inside the house, need a wall behind fridge painted, and a coupe of walls in the closet painted white (Dulux Vivid White) Job needs to be done 5 September. I am not near the property at the moment but am trying to get the neighbour to send me some soon.

I had someone install a door handle with lock for a door few weeks but it doesn’t work now. The guy who did said it’s the door expanding due to weather conditions that did this. For this reason I am hoping to put old fashioned latch (an L shaped one or 90 degree door latch hasp with padlock ? ) that can be padlocked on one side of the door (from the outside) and on the other side (inside of the room) just a hook and eye latch (no need for locking from the inside). These items need purchasing and installed. I can do at 3pm-4pm today in Baulkham hills or tomorrow between 2 and 4pm or Tuesday 2-6pm) let me know. Thanks . I have photos here showing the door from inside and out. Inside I have two photos and outside one photo. Outside requires the 90 degree one. Preference to people who can do today. Replace door lock for bathroom. We have lock - Due date: Flexible

I would like to get 6 x Internal Doors Installed. The current doors are old and needs to be taken out and new ones to be installed after taking 10mm off each new door. The current new door size is 2040x820 and the doors at home are 2030x810, which means it will need to be trimmed by 10mm both ways. I will provide a new hinges too for all the door. All I require is the labour to install these doors. The door handles will also need to be installed and I will provide the door Handles (Black Level Privacy Set & Hinges). I will be painting the doors after the installation as I cannot paint since the doors will need to be trimmed. I have attached the specs of the doors that I am purchasing from bunnings. If you are able provide a wholesale price for these then that too will be welcomed as I have not yet purchased the doors from bunnings. I will also be painting them matt/low sheen Black and leaving the door trims white just as a contrast. This information is to provide you with the overall insight in to the project. If you can paint too then it is fine. The reason I am doing it myself is to save cost. If you come with a reasonable quote within my budget then I will outsource the whole lot to you, which will save me from doing any work.
