We would like a basic door and 2x fixed panels installed on our balcony to cordon a section for storage purposes. The door and fixed panels are to be purchased and installed by you. We are looking for a cheap, basic solution. I have installed a portable air conditioner in my bedroom. The outlet is via a sliding door. The existing fixture is designed for a window rather than a sliding door. I need a non permanent, weatherproof insert to extend the existing plastic cover that holds the outlet vent.

Please find a door handle to install on our back door. The one that was there before has fallen off. The door is over 30 years old and therefore haven’t found a door handle to fit. May need to be creative to make one fit. Black colour please.

Driveway is already pressure washed. Need it painted Monument Grey. Under patio is not pressure washed but needs pressure wash and paint. The wall behind the main door has a small hole that needs to be filled. See last photo. Inside the house, need a wall behind fridge painted, and a coupe of walls in the closet painted white (Dulux Vivid White) Job needs to be done 5 September. I am not near the property at the moment but am trying to get the neighbour to send me some soon.
