We had an original, custom bifold door on our powder room. Tilers took off latch at base and tiled over it. Need a new latch or the door trimmed to fit or a custom door. We are open to any possible solution! The door goes back on with the latch sitting above the tiles but there’s a dip in the frame that stops it from opening. We are also open to the frame being trimmed.

Light switches on either side of the door may provide some issue. Should have gotten a door installed when we built. Open to other ideas for doors if any cabinet makers or builders know of better solutions. Budget listed is for the install only as I assume it will not be a large job, however I am open to negotiation if a different door is required.
