1. The front door has a hinge that has deteriorated. I need the old hinge to be removed and replaced. I can supply the hinge but need to ensure that it will work. 2.Our Pool equipment box requires minor repairs. I will attach pics but the timber around the lid and physical lid needs to be repaired or replaced depending on costs. I can obtain materials from Bunnings. Happy to have items inspected before commencement of work.

We need our bathroom door hinges replaced

Hi there Your task is to replace 2 old locks with new locks. I kinda know how to install them properly but I don't have the tools and the experience to do it nicely. You need to drill two new horizontal holes and enlarge the central hole to fit the new lock lever in. The new lock is not working perfectly as shown in the photos. You don't need a locksmith license to finish the task but you need to finish it nicely. Free parking will be provided.

Remove carpet from Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Hallway and Living Room. Total approx 35m2 carpet. Dispose of carpet. Build trapdoor to access under the house in Bedroom 2 and Dining Room. Patch small hole in bathroom ceiling. Patch small hole in wall made from front door lock. Reattach kitchen cabinet door with hinges (you may need to buy the correct ones if mine do not fit). Remove old grout in kitchen under splashback, lay new grout/silicon. Reattach fallen tile to wall. New hinges for bathroom cabinet as rusted. Fill wall cracks. Must dispose of all rubbish and clean up. Must bring own tools, ladder, materials (plaster, grout) etc.

We have an existing laundry door that opens inwards. Would like to have the door rehung to open outwards. The door frame is metal and would require old internal hinges cut off. Existing door fits the frame, however will be a small gap at the bottom. We're happy to discuss other solutions!
