I have four door knobs that are difficult to operate, two of which are not usable most of the time. While I can move the knobs up and down, the latch mechanism seems to malfunction. The door doesn’t open unless I try multiple times and apply extra force. It feels like the latch isn’t retracting properly when the knob is turned. This happens consistently on both knobs. I need to replace door knobs on an internal bedroom door, needs to be lockable with keys. We are away for Christmas and have guests staying, but we need to lock my daughters door whilst we are away. I have the replacement knobs (basic from Bunnings), and I have removed the old ones but due to the previous installation I can't just replace. I am unable to get the door knobs off myself and need assistance in replacing 9 internal door knobs. 2 of them need to be lockable for bathrooms. The other 7 are just normal door knobs. I want black ones installed but I am not sure if I need to purchase them from Bunnings and then you install them for me please. Not sure what the budget is for a job like this.

Two small jobs. One or more of the screws have detached from internal door knob. A curtain railing has started to come away from the ceiling.
