Find experienced door knob replacement pros in NSW

Need help fixing a Gainsborough door knob for bathroom door. Have bought a new set of door knobs + privacy adapter. I am able to install it, but the locking mechanism doesn’t seem to work. Need someone who is experienced with this brand to come out and help fix it.

The button to lock the door is jammed and my key isn’t opening it anymore. The knob needs to be replaced with new key supplied
