We have two doors that we want to have auto close door hinges. And one back gate that we’d like to install a new door knob with key if possible

Internal door knob has come loose and needs putting back into a secure position

6-8 medium to large pictures need hanging. Will require drilling the wall. 2 doors need the brass door knobs screwed back on.

My bathroom door knob sometimes doesn’t open and requires a towel to grab and turn a certain way to unlock, needing someone to please fix the issue. My wardrobe doors do not slide properly (they screech and require heaving) to Open. Perhaps needs a new track? Please come and do of an evening or daytime on the weekend. Fix two doorknobs that keep falling off :) and put together a Lovevery Shelving Unit for kid's room. Images attached of both jobs (shelving unit is two of the below). We don't have tools.

Need to adjust direction of keyhole for this door knob https://vinco.com.au/product/fire-ratedknobset-pro-3000/ Was installed this morning but it says to adjust the direction of the keyhole as per instructions attached, I can't do step D. Was working perfectly before following these last steps. Still turns and locks but key won't come out.
