rental property thats needs minor jobs done 1. The front door is broken and we can’t access through the door as it might break and fall apart. 2. Hand rail in Bathrooms (both) is loose and one came off once yesterday when I was checking out so need to replace or someone can look at it. 3. The wooden part underneath the gas stove is on the floor needs to fix (picture attached). 4.
