Sliding Door Repairs x 2 Two Sliding Doors to be Repaired. 1) Glass sliding door is heavy to close and is not locking properly due to wheels being worn down. Wheels need to be replaced. 2) Sliding Screen Door has come off its tracks, does not close properly and needs pet resistant mesh replaced. Once again wheels are probably worn down and need replacing. Mesh needs replacing. You will need to provide tools and materials as part of the job.

Front door side panel isn’t fixed to floor or jamb. The bolt arrangement is flimsy and doesn’t withstand the door getting slammed. Need to replace or make good side panel so it’s fixed panel.

Glass front sliding door not operating properly. It has become difficult to slide along the bottom guide rail, it becomes stuck and very hard to move and sometimes the door is difficult to lock. It looks like the door is not running parallel on the track. Photos attached.
