I need 22 downlights replaced in my apartment on Lygon Street Brunswick east. The existing are hardwired so I cannot replace. Task is to remove existing and install 22 downlights which I will supply. Remove a dimmer switch as well and replace it with a new switch which again, I will supply. Must be qualified and issue a certificate after work is completed
