Patch n repaint ceiling abt 40x20cm. Repaint skirts abt 5meters. Make holes for 10 led downlights. Would be great if u can install the lights too

I have five downlighrss that need replacing. Two of five is over the stairs so it's a high ceiling situation. The other three seems to have a beam blocking the downlight replacement that need to be trimmed. The existing ones seem to be low profile downlight.

Install 43-50 lights/downlights inside. Single story house. It's an older house with existing wiring and having downlights but we want to change all of them as part of the renovation. I do want to add a second switch to each room if possible (optional). Pls quote your best per downlight rate estimate if you like and that will allow me to make a decision. I do appreciate that it's cheaper in bulk and hence I do want to get it all done by one person/team. I do have a wonderful electrician but he's unavailable for a few weeks.

Looking for an electrician to replace existing down lights, 16 lights in total in two rooms.

downlight doesn’t light, my builder told me to pulled it out but doesn’t have a plug, it is connected with cables, i would like a new one that i am able to chsnge in the future

1. Install 10x new LED recessed downlights (with new holes in gyprock ceiling) 2. Replace 15x existing oyster ceiling light (not recessed) with new LED recessed downlights (using existing holes in gyprock ceiling) 3. Upgrade all existing on/off switches to standard switches. Control of new lights should be from existing switches (that is no need new on/off switches)

Need a sparky to install about 20 - 30 LED down lights in a 3 bedroom single storey home in Castle Hill (no for kitchen and dining room as they already have down lights). Can use current light switches. Also wondering if there is a possibility to dim the lights. The house mainly has single light globes (see living room photo), with the exception of the sun room which has different lights (see sunroom photo). Also potentially install toilet exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms.
