Down lights need to be replaced in a high ceilings apartment 3.4m tall stepladder required, no electrical background needed as lights are all into plug connected. It will take up to 2 hours.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 toilet, double story townhouse. I want to replace all the lighting with down lights, all bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets etc. some existing spots might be able to be used, while new spots would also need to be created. Based on the floor plans, Ives estimated maybe 30 down lights required. Can you cross check when quoting? Ideally, the ceiling to repaired after any holes etc. I have one wall switch that needs replacing as the light won’t turn off.
