Half the apartment lights needs replacing with down lights and I'd like to get the existing down lights replaced so everything is the same. For the living room and bedroom, will also like lights that are dimmable. Unsure of exactly how many lights will be required but please provide professional opinion and how many lights the quote include. The outside area material is different and unsure can light's be changed there. Lastly, looking to have an additional PowerPoint installed in the outside area too. Hi, Hi, Kitchen down lights stopped working a couple of days ago. The scope of work is to fix the problem so that the kitchen down lights will work again. It is suspected that the dimmer that is attached is faulty. As such I am proposing to change the dimmer to a switch which I will provide the new switch. The quotation sought is only for labour. The dimmer that the down lights are wired to has connection to the kitchen exhaust fan. This exhaust fan is working perfectly.

Replacing 8 downlights in total. 4 in roof and 4 above kitchen bench under a cupboard. 3 roof downlight holes will need to be expanded from 70mm to 90mm. Downlights supplied and are plug in ones so wiring may need to be replaced from hard wired to plug in.
