Looking for an electrician to quote on 34 down lights and 10 power points installations on a newly build single storey house.

I need to replace 2x concealed downlights in my apartment. Unfortunately, the property is vacant and I do not have a ladder to help me reach and take a photo of what the light looks like. Happy with any design as long as it fits the compartment. Will need the service completed either before 8AM or after 6PM.
