2 ceiling fans, 4 92mm downlights and 2 double powerpoints that we purchased need to be installed in 3 rooms. 1 of fans includes light (for room 1). The other fan and the downlights will be installed in room 2 by placing existing oyster light. The switch of this room also needs to be replaced to accommodate both fan and downlights; we have purchased the new switch for as shown in one of the pictures for Room 2. The powepoints need to be installed on the wall; this not replacement of existing ones. This is a single story tiled roof house.
