We need you to remove the fan&light in the first photo and install 4 smart LED Downlights instead on the ceiling along with the App. The smart lamps are: https://www.bunnings.com.au/mirabella-9w-750lm-rgbw-ip44-1-2m-flex-plug-genio-smart-wi-fi-dimmable-downlight-4-pack_p0361945 The removed fan&light needs to be replaced with another light as shown in the second photo. LED downlights installation for an 50 years old house, which has centre light/tube lights at the moment. No need to install the switches. Need to make holes to ceiling, run the wiring, install adaptors and connect LED lights. Total 20 LED lights installation required. Keep the existing lights, but add extra LED lights for the same switch operation. LED lights will be provided by me. You need to cover the wiring, adaptors. Need to be done before Thursday evening.

Building is a single floor building.
