I need 10 downlights installed at my house plus 1 GPO fitted house is single story double brick ill supply downlights

We are looking to replace 39 halogen down lights with LED down lights. Some of the halogens are hardwired, others have transformers and others already have plugs.

Need someone to help with shopping, supply and installation of two heater light ( basic version with no fan) with warm light, and also shop and install 4-5 downlight and replace them with existing ugly light as per pic. New built and easy access. Question: hear light: do they have an option to only produce light and not heat in summer?! Seems basic version in bunning is 65$ each. Ur price should include purchanse and install all in, pls suggest other model if u know that provides only light in summer

Please see images for reference. I will provide fans and can provide lights if need (if installer has downlights I can pay extra). I have included the floor plan for you to see area size - 4 downlights for the loungeroom, 2 downlights for each bedroom and another 2 for hallway, so 10 downlights in total. Ideally would like this done before the 4/10/24 as we have painters coming in but can be flexible if need be!
