Currently have a Edison screw bulb about 13 to fifteen need to change that and install new led down-lights Need to replace with multiple downlights, shown in photo below sample

I need an electrician to remove existing fittings (lights/fan) and install downlights in two rooms - 8 in one room, 6 in the other. I also want a double plug socket installed.
