I’m seeking a skilled and licensed professional to work on a two-story building. The tasks include removing existing gutters and downpipes, installing new Colorbond fascia covers, gutters, and downpipes, and repairing one ridge tile end cap. Specifications: -Fascia cover: 70m -Gutter: 70m (ACE QUAD, internal bracket) -Downpipe: 100mm x 80mm, approximately 5500mm high x 5 units -Colour: Jasmine Brown (or a similar shade) Requirements: -Applicants must have relevant licenses, public liability insurance, and workers’ compensation insurance. Documentation must be provided after the acceptance of the quotation. -The quotation should include all labor fees, material costs, PPE, OHS plans, costs for scaffolding or machinery rental, and GST in the total price. -The quote must also include an on-site meeting to finalize all material details and the work plan before ordering materials. Access: The building allows for cherry picker access on all four sides. Access from one side is possible through a neighbor’s driveway. Hi, I need three jobs to be done. This task is just to come out and look at the job. We can discuss price when you come out and quote. 1. Replace downpipe from gutter and connect this to stormwater pipe underneath earth. Approx 4m distance away, straight direction no bends. 2. Extend outside watertap pipe another 30cm high. 3.
