looking to have some colourbond guttering attached to a balcony roof (currently gets pretty noisy during rain storms) Most is easily accessible from the roof below however ~1.5 m overhangs with only minimal accessibility. (See photos). Due to tapering of rafters not sure if a facia board would need to be affixed first. Looking for jasper or similar colouring. Would be great to get an indication of cost.

The old downpipe has been removed. New Colorbond downpipes and brackets are ready on site. A good ladder is available. You will need to drill a hole in the pipe for the air conditioner drain. Access is easy. It is on the West side of the building, so best to do it in the morning. - Due date: Flexible
