I need a new downpipe and drain installed so I can go ahead and repair the ceiling I have tradies waiting to repair ceiling but I must install downpipe and drain first

The heavy rain has caused a couple bricks to sink, I believe some of the water might have been pouring out the down-pipe straight onto the concrete.
