Change bottom half of down pipe

There is an existing gutter which overflows in heavy rain. It needs another outlet and downpipe which needs to be connected into the existing down pipe with a rainhead. All in colorbond steel.

Supply and install Downpipes top level needs to be Removed the bottom are Removed then install PVC pipe with all fittings.

Replace current gutter and down pipe on pergola - approx 4 meters long.

Remove damaged down pipe and cross pipe joined to it and weld replacement down-pipe and cross pipe to eliminate water leakage. Will need large ladder.

I need help connecting downpipe to stormwater on the street. Work required is drill kurb hole for pipe and connect pipes from downpipe to the kurbs hole. I will provide pipes and connectors. The earlier the better but I am flexible on it. We can negotiate digging the trench - I can do that, but we can discuss, potentially including the trench digging. It is roughly 8m length, the terrain has slope.

The downpipe which is connected to the plastic adapter has a leak. The leak is behind the plastic parts.
