A few of my downpipes are leaking. I had someone out to look at them. They applied silicone on the joints. When testing the downpipe we noticed it was filling up water, not draining fast enough. Which suggests the pipes are clogged and maybe not set at the right fall/level. I need someone to clear out the downpipes and the pipes that connect under the house. I have attached photos of some of them. The pipes might not be level also, so they might need to be corrected. Note, the under the house crawl space can be tight.. I am looking for a quote to do all the above, all inclusive.

We've had a new storm pit put in to help with drainage and it was recommended to add an extra down pipe. Pipe into the pit is ready to go, just need a new down pipe connected to it and the gutter. Would like to match existing down pipes shown in picture.
