moisture barrier (underground aggi line) is installed along the LHS and rear of the dwelling as well as surface stormwater drains at intervals around the dwelling. • Main RHS stormwater is broken as tree roots have blocked the dwelling main stormwater line. This section requires replacement to ensure all roof water drains away from the dwelling and offsite.
