Hello, We have a commercial property in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast QLD. We need a builder who can replace the Awnings, gutters and down pipes.I am attaching some pics of what needs to be fixed/replaced. If somebody is interested in inspecting the property then I can organise an inspection. If someone can help us out it would be much appreciated.

Need to connect 90mm downpipe to existing and then attach to drain below

One corner of the roof appears to have dropped a bit on our low set 30 year old brick house. Hence water was sitting in the gutters breeding mosquitos. To address this we added two holes to the gutter. Job is to connect holes to the existing down pipe which is 2.55 M away. Plus fix 3 separate minor leaks in metal guttering. (Additional job could be replacing a whirly bird that doesn't whirl anymore.)

Hi all Having some issues with one side of the house daylighting to my backyard and causing a retaining wall to fail. The other side discharges into the driveway and is getting under the house during bad storm events. Looking to get new downpipes installed under house and surcharged to the street. Downpipe attachment has come away so water goes everywhere, see pic. Pool fencing, black aluminium standard, removed for landscaping but when I went to screw the screws back in only 2 worked the others seem to just fall out so about 8 screws in total. - Due date: Flexible

Hi - our current gutter / down pipe is unable to handle large volumes of rain. The gutters fill up with heavy rain and overflow. We want to add a 2nd down pipe in the attached picture. In the 2nd picture you can see how roof space funnels into 1 down pipe.
