Plumber needed for a blocked down pipe at base of 2 storey house. Down pipe travels through garden on to the street gutter. May be impacted by plants/roots

I need guttering & downpipe installed on a balcony. I have all the bits & pieces for the job: - gutter / ends / brackets / rivets / pop / pvc pipe / angles I was planning and doing it myself, just haven’t had a chance to get around to it. I just need someone to come & do it. As from the photos it’s the top balcony, so will need to lay down some ply on the lower roof (poly) to get ladder access. There’s also rear access to the property to get in / out.

Moving down pipes to a little bit higher. Shown in the attached photo. It's about 12m down pipes that needs to be install a little bit higher (2m above the ground). Both supply and install.

Chippendale terrace. The downpipe on the terrace has rusted. Covers 2 stories, needs replacing with 90mm bluegum colourbond pipe. The right corner of the balcony roof allows water to run down the external balcony wall. Likely needs reflashing. Bull nose roof seems in tact, no sign of rust.

Looking for someone to replace roughly 2.5m of terracotta stormwater pipe and connect it to the currently unconnected downpipe (directly above one end). The downpipe from my gutter isn't connected to stormwater. With some digging I've found what I think is a terracotta stormwater pipe but it's blocked. Looking for someone to clear out the stormwater pipe (accessible from the street), run a camera up there to check for damage, repair pipe if necessary, and connect downpipe to stormwater. Stormwater pipe opening (house-side) is approx 70cm directly below the PVC downpipe and runs 4.5m to street. Realise there's a bit of unknown to this job. I have down pipe coming off the gutter of an outside studio. Currently it is sticking out into the garden. Id like to realign it so that it goes down next to the studio wall. See pictures.
