I need help with a few small jobs around my property: • Gutter End Cap Repair: Supply and install a new gutter end cap to fix damage and prevent water leakage (see attached photos). The gutter is accessible from the ground floor. • Drain Unclogging: Clear two outdoor drains (see attached photos). • Rain Head Overflow: Drill an overflow hole in the rain head. The rain head is accessible from the ground floor. • Downpipe Spreader Modification: Drill holes at the front of the downpipe spreader to direct water flow in line with the roofing. I’m generally available in the evenings on workdays and anytime during weekends. Let me know if you need more details.

A Down pipe to be replaced and to ascertain if the conning pipes are leaking. As well as a to replace a part on the WM cover.

Looking for an experienced painter to paint gutters eaves facia and downpipes pipes- sand, prime and coat I supply paint. Single story 3 bed house easy access. Approx 2 days work, possibly more if interested, and quality is good.

Rusted Down pipe needs replacing

We need three square downpipes to be replaced at our property. Looking for someone who has prior experience in installing downpipes to safely execute this task.

Install gutter (7m) long on one side of shed, install downpipe aswell.

The down pipe needs replacement from the gutters to the ground. The roof is a tin roof. Leaking from inside the ceiling as the downpipe inside the ceiling area is rusted. Hence needs replacement.

2 x gutters to be painted.

We havea downpipe that has rusted. We need someone to supply appropriate parts, cut out and replace this section. It is approximately 400 mm by 400 mm. There are two elbows and some straight sections.

Replace missing section of downpipe. Go to Bunnings to buy materials and repair.
