Need draughtsman or draughting company serivces who do do not charge a fortune to Create Subdivision Permit Drawing for x2 Townhouses - Monash Council. We dont need someone offering fancy word like Architect/Architecture/3D and blah blah; need someone who actually has a good understanding of permit drawings and knows how to work around contours and site topology and one who is good as a draughtman. I will provide the Survey CAD file and Fesibility plan (concept plan). In additions to this I will engage a planner to process the permit application. Need someone who has reasonable knowledge with council planning permit and good at using Revit. Pages of drawing to include: 1. Floor layouts - ground and first floor of x2 Townhouses 2. Elevations - north, south, east and west of x2 Townhouses 3. Building materials schedule 4. Dimensions – overall for the project 5. Shadow Diagrams – illustrating the equinox shadows – 9.00am / 12.00am / 3.00pm 6. Areas, site coverage, calculations 7. Site context analysis added information 8. Design response 9. Street scape elevations front 10. Driveway cross section 11. Landscape plan

Need an artist to design a tattoo on upper chest and shoulder area. Will need to see examples of previous work to verify if the design style matches the aesthetic I'm going for.
