We area a seeking capable draughtsperson/Architect that can assist in designing - A. A single story residential home, B. A two story residential home ans C. A 2 story duplex residential home. These three designs will require a usable and workable floor plan and plan views along with a handful of 3-D rendered drawings. We are seeking an architect that we can liaise with in person to discuss and confirm the designs. These designs will be the first step to submitting, a quotation for our builder. There may be additional changes and slight add-ons, but essentially the goal is to design and draw three modern cost-effective plans for a tendering requirement. - Due date: Flexible

We need someone to put together a paper collage of drawings on a wall for an exhibition. This entails printing the drawings on slightly thick paper, cutting the borders with scissors, and arranging them on the wall to create an aesthetically pleasing composition. It takes a day if carried out by a single scenographer, visual artist, designer or a student in any of these areas. The wall is 3m long and 2.7 high but does not need to be fully covered. Candidates with other backgrounds can also be considered. Printing costs to be payed by us separately. I am not very artistic however I need to professionally sketch up designs for a product which I am looking to send to the manufacturers for production. Don’t need to to be super fancy however measurements and mechanisms are critical to be shown. It’s pretty much a sketch of a wallet/card holder I’m designing. The suitable person will need to have some kind of a engineering/problem solving (common sense ) so that we get it done right the first time.
