I want to make a dress. I do have a sample dress with me. Needs to make another one with the same design.

I design sarongs for myself to wear, I can mark out the fabric panels, and all the details, but I have no skills in sewing and assembling the bits into the garment. I can provide the design and mark-up but I need someone to actually make it. It needs someone who is a bit creative and thinking about the best way to do things, which will often be better than my original idea.
