Our dryer is leaking every time we operate it. I have a feeling that the drain pipe is either blocked or not connected properly, as water leaks from excess area which indicates blocked drain.

Hello, We have an Sterling/Aldi Dryer and it’s not working anymore. It turns on, and you can program it, but when you press start - it just hums and doesn’t do anything. Happy for this to be the call-out fee and then you can advise further once on-site.
