My washer dryer is showing an OE error. When it’s done that in the past, cleaning the filter works. This time the filter wasn’t clogged at all, and there doesn’t seem to be anything stuck. It might be the drain hose but I’m not sure.

I’m experiencing an error code “HE2” on my Samsung Front Loader Washer Dryer and I’m looking for someone to help fix it. The washer is working fine though when it clocks over to the dryer is displaying an error code “HE2". We need some help hanging our dryer in our apartment. Behind the plaster is concrete by the look of it - so will need to be hammer drilled. The previous tenant used masonry wall plugs. We’ve attached the brackets to the dryer - we just need someone with a hammer drill to get the brackets for the wall. If you have the wall plugs and screws, that’s great. Need help with taking the machine from car park to first floor apartment. Hand trolley preferable. Install requires two holes (~3 or 4 inch drill bit) for hoses and power cord. Flexible with time and date, but afternoons are preferred.

Essentially, according to Electrolux, this is a power error due to too high/low or inconsistent power supply. My knowledge has led me to simply unplug, wait and plug it back in, and try a different plug. This has not worked. Could do with someone who knows. - Due date: Flexible
