I need help connecting the inlet hoses of a washing machine. This would including having the tools to cut holes in a metal cabinet to reach the water supply. I also need help stacking the dryer on top of the washing machine.

I have this dryer currently in my garage that I'd like moved into my laundry on the first floor of my house. There's a small set of stairs that it needs to be taken up (pictured). The washing machine requires a certain Miele tool (which unfortunately I don’t have) for the feet to be turned to level the machine. The dryer part of our washer/dryer unit is broken. The code is E10, and relates to the water supply (specifically the internal valve). The issue is not our water supply, pressure, or pump. Right now we are just looking for an expert come out and to take a look.
