So you’ve recently made the purchase, but you’re not sure how to install a vented tumble dryer. We know not everyone’s good with tools and machinery. At Airtasker, we got you covered. Preparing the installation site
The moment you plan to install a new dryer, it’s important that your installation site is ready. Your Tasker will ensure all the connections and, depending on the type of dryer, the proper exhausts or vents should be ready and safe to use. Should there be any issues with vents, exhausts or electrical systems before your installation, you may need to get a handyman to have these checked.
Preparing your new dryer
Dryer installation technicians could also help you unbox your dryer if needed and check if there are any defects or damages if you’re not familiar. They can also help you check if everything supposed to be in the box is all accounted for. If you have an existing dryer, you could also ask them to disconnect and tear it out for you if they can. Then they’re going to have it ready to complete your condenser or vented tumble dryer installation.
Connecting your appliance

My dryer stopped working - Model is Miele T 7744 C. I have cleaned/washed all filters and the condenser. I’ve also opened the back to clean out any extra dust/lint and cleaned out the drainage pump. The dryer will start and then stop after a few minutes. I believe it is a sensor issue. Please quote the price for looking at it but also what you think (I know it’s an estimate and might change once you see it) the total cost of getting it working again is.
