I need one or two people, using either their strength or relevant equipment, to lift and move a heavy dryer off of my washing machine, then swap over the washing machine inlet hose (which is currently attached to the wrong tap), and then lift the dryer back in place on top of the washing machine again. The laundry cupboard is tight, which makes accessing and lifting the dryer out/in a challenge.
Tony and his son did an awesome job. Very friendly and helpful, and clear and efficient communication. Even when there was a little unexpected problem that cropped up, Tony swiftly and happily came back to take another took. Highly recommend Tony and his services.

Fix scraping noises from Bosch condenser dryer

Our Bosch condenser dryer (WTW87565AU/05) has been making increasingly worse squeaking noises during operation but today it's started to sound like metal scraping. Possibly a problems with drum glides/bearings/belt.
Ricky identified and fixed a tricky fault in our Bosch heat pump dryer involving an obscure part (seized idle pulley). Much of the unit had to be disassembled. Ricky did a great job!
