Need shipping rods removed. Possibly stuck inside the unit.

Not too sure what happened with the oven, but I think its electrical issues. It was making some electric noises last time, so I pulled the cable out (yes I got electrocuted a little bit). Hello! I have a Fisher & Paykel washer dryer combo. It’s been coming up with a “Clear Filter” error for about a week. We’ve cleaned the filter, the case to the filter, and completely unhooked the hose and cleaned it out. But it’s still coming up. It works fine otherwise, but won’t drain for some reason. I don’t have the money to buy a new one. Please help!

Washing machine wont fit without first removing wall mounted dryer above it. Then washing machine needs to be lifted in and placed down, then dryer re wall mounted. From my little to no experience, i think youd need some sort of a jack or something do lift it over the sink, and in place.. Half an hour -one hour job.
