Preparing the installation site
The moment you plan to install a new dryer, it’s important that your installation site is ready. Your Tasker will ensure all the connections and, depending on the type of dryer, the proper exhausts or vents should be ready and safe to use. Should there be any issues with vents, exhausts or electrical systems before your installation, you may need to get a handyman to have these checked.Â
Preparing your new dryer
Dryer installation technicians could also help you unbox your dryer if needed and check if there are any defects or damages if you’re not familiar. They can also help you check if everything supposed to be in the box is all accounted for. If you have an existing dryer, you could also ask them to disconnect and tear it out for you if they can. Then they’re going to have it ready to complete your condenser or vented tumble dryer installation.
Connecting your appliance

Job 1: Mount Dryer above Washing Machine Task: Install a brand new dryer above the washing machine in the outdoor laundry. Dryer Specifications: Width: 600mm Height: 830mm Depth: 575mm Weight: 33kgs Brackets included. Requirements: - Ensure dryer is securely mounted above the washing machine. - Install any necessary brackets (supplied) or mounts. - Ensure proper ventilation and clearance around the dryer. Job 2: Fixing Loose Light Fixture in Bathroom Task: Repair a loose light fixture in the bathroom where screws have come out and wall plugs are cracked. Requirements: - Remove the existing cracked wall plugs and screws. - Replace with appropriate new wall plugs and (if needed) screws. - Ensure the light fixture is securely attached to the wall. - Test the fixture to ensure it is stable and functional. All materials required for the both jobs should be included in the price.
