take old clothes dryer of the wall and put a new clothes dryer back on the wall

Hi there my apartment building is very old and the dryer has fallen off its hinges on one side and it’s just dangling (holding on from one side). I really need help to fix this ASAP as it’s very unsafe and I have cats that it could fall on and squish

Unpack and install a new clothes dryer(heat pump type). Weight is ~55kg, dimensions W 598mm * H 842mm * D 613mm and must be stacked on top of existing washer, (replacing the top dryer in the photo). Existing faulty dryer will already be removed and we already have a spacer pad. No stacking kit/brackets/wall mounting etc are required. Laundry space is a bit tight, will likely need two people regardless due to weight.

We have a Fisher and Paykel top Loader washing machine - looks to be the version before GW650. Our tenants have advised it leaks and our dryer is no longer working. Also to look at the dryer - o ring may have come off.
