We’ve recently renovated and built a garage - we need the entire basement swept and mopped as the dust is piling up. We’d also like the basement playroom, mudroom, and bathrooms cleaned. This is about 1-2 hour job for two people.

I have two very small and narrow balconies that are extremely dusty, including the floor to ceiling windows/door that run along the length of the balconies (outside of windows only). Both balconies also have opaque glass to limit the view of the building just opposite. My apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift, but inside the apartment the balconies are on two levels and the one upstairs is accessible by one straight flight of stairs. You will need to bring your own cleaning equipment and cleaning products please. There are taps on both balconies if you have a pressure hose or similar. Edit: I will also need a deep clean of the inside of the apartment as soon as possible after 20th December. It is not particularly dirty (I just can't seem to get the wooden floorboards in the kitchen clean with household mops) - do you think you would also be able to do that job (again with your own equipment -- an industrial strength vacuum would be good, as well as something to scrub the kitchen floors)? Price to be negotiated when you come to do the balconies. Priority will be given to those who can do both jobs. Also for the balconies I do have other days it can be done next week - the 16th is the only day I'm at home all day. I have several disabilities and many doctors appointments. For example I can do tomorrow Fri 13th as long as the job is completed by 4pm.
