This is an empty two bedroom tiled kitchen space, the previous tenant had cats roaming in it along with using it for their pastry business in the back room. The kitchen is completely stripped of anything and only contains one toilet the floors and walls need scrubbing and there’s shelving also this will need a really good scrub! Theirs access to a cold water tap only so pressure washing maybe needed for some of the flooring!
