I will arrange the skip bin It’s not possible to use a wheelbarrow as entry to this area is through two offset 800mm openings from the garage. Work can only be done on the weekends

Push topsoil aside to reveal clay-gravel subsurface, excavate around 3 cubic metres of subsurface, (approximately)level site with topsoil. Remove excavated subsurface clay/gravel. Will require a smaller/mini digger. Area to be (approximately) leveled is around 10m by 5m (front yard). Access to front yard via driveway.

Would need a trailer and probably 2 people to carryout rolls of turf and dispose of. Rolls are heavy but you could cut to smaller rolls if necessary. Good access to flat back yard and driveway.

Remove and take away clean soil from eastern boundary. Area tight for bobcat. Soil is not compact. I approx 2 people with trailer 4 hours

I am having 5 tonnes of soil delivered today at 1:30pm. I need 2 people with wheelbarrows to transfer soil from my driveway down the side of house to backyard into a concrete flowerbed. People who have experience working in gardens is best. You must have your own wheelbarrows. I estimate it will take 2 guys around 2 hours of solid work to get it done. Need it done this afternoon. Garden bed 4×6 metre a 1200×1200 mm concrete block and few timbers to be cleared and removed from the site. Someone with the bobcat is ideal for the job.

Require someone to dig up garden bed with builders rubble about 20cm and move the rubble about 15 metres away. Also require garden bed to be refilled with soil currently ontop of the garden bed

Soil needs to be moved to gain access to septic tank. Its on a slope, so it can moved further down the slope. I guess tank is approx 5 feet down. Very tight access plus steps so doubt machinery can reach.

Will pay $250 per person for the day. I suspect it will take 3 or 4 people around 4 hours. We have dug for concrete footings in our back yard and need all of this dirt wheelbarrowed from the back to our driveway and into a skip bin. The access down the side of house is 900mm wide at the smallest point. Ideally we would need a few people who are happy to get the job done! Great weather this weekend too! Bonus! If you have a wheelbarrow you can bring to save my buying extra, that would be great too! Once the job is assigned I will arrange for the skip bin to be delivered.
