The machine was running smoothly until when it was expelling water and about to spin, then it stopped and the time display on the screen was reset to" Start" mode, but it could not be re-started and needed to be turned off to restart. After restarted, it made noise like draining the water and water flowing into the machine, but no water came in and the drum did not move at all, and the time display was reset to Start mode after about 1 minute. The door was unlocked after it reset itself to Start mode.

I also have a ladder onsite. 2/ Mount a bracket to the wall to an (already assembled) narrow ikea bookcase (kallax 403.518.83) to avoid tipover. I have the bracket but I think the walls it's going into are plaster - if you have suitable fixing materials that would be great. (Otherwise I will source).
