It is approx 35 LED and 18 halogen to be supplied and installed We also need replacement of other 2 pendant lights (ground floor, concrete ceiling) and 4 wall lights, possibly power points. There is also one pendant light at the double storey staircase void that needs to be removed and a new pendant installed. Installing a beefeater outdoor exhaust fan

I need a Licensed Electrician to do one or both jobs of 1. replace out of date smoke alarm. I can pick one up if that helps. 2. fit a switch and socket into a range hood to run a light. Current light a bit hard to source parts for. Easy to get into and I have the parts and light on hand to do this so should be straight forward and easy access. House is empty today, people moving i some time tomorrow.
