New construction and needs help with Power supply via underground(as I see a point at my lot) Approx 120 m to the mains. Might need a private pillar installation but would require suggestions like wire type to overcome voltage drop, cable type, 3 phase etc

Need power point in bathroom for bidet

Bathroom fan and light currently on same switch. Wanting to be able to use them separately so have them put onto separate switches.

Need someone to install another socket for the 2nd NBN (FTTN) connection and terminate it outside the wall/facia where the current NBN (FTTN) lead-in comes in. The distance between the outside junction box(? the one attached to the facia) and the first socket is about 2 metres. The property is a single-level brick-veneer house with reasonable clearance on both the attic and under crawl space. You can also inspect and quote for the home data cabling (running CAT cables, security camera points, etc.). I'd like to trial (speed and reliability) with the 2 FTTN connections for a few weeks before going ahead with the home wiring installation. If the internet connections don't improve with 2 FTTN connections, I may opt-in for NBN FTTP (TCP), and any home cabling has to accommodate that setup, hence the delay.

I have power going to my shed which is getting demolished but I want to keep power there so I have a small pole and hpm outdoor PowerPoint I want wired up (see pic). Must be licensed electrician. I will bolt it to the concrete and have power cable at the power point for wiring and sealing (if needed). Flexible with date and time, home almost all the time.
