LED dimmer for kitchen - Current dimmer is a universal dimmer and not for LED downlights. - Supply and replace 1 x LED dimmer

I need to install 2 x 20 amps plugs the premises already have 3 phase power.

Need to install two power points on a wall. Wall and ceiling is Gyprock. Will provide the power points. Please see photos for the location of a power point where the red crosses are. One below the power switch on the right and one on the top for a small tv. Low ceiling 1800mm hight.
