We need to change these three things

Have a small bathroom that want to put 2 wall lights and a vent/fan, one side of walls aren’t sheeted, Add 2 power points

We’d like an electrician to replace the pendant light in our foyer, it’s a double height void. Will need to bring own ladder. Would love this done ASAP please. We also have a number of power points which are faulty. These are less urgent, so can be done in another trip if time doesn’t permit.

We need someone to install ducted aircon at our place. Unit and all the material are on site.

I need to replace the current entry light, with the new 'farm house'light. Wiring and dimmer/plate are already in place, fully installed - so it's just a straight swap over. The new light has the cover plate, stem and fitting ready to go, just needs installing. I'm at Hawthorne, 4171, returning to work next week. Times are flexible, but would prefer either some time this week, or next Thursday or Friday afternoon for install if possible? Or weekend as a last resort? Not sure on install costs, so I'm taking a guess. - Due date: Flexible
