Move a power point, replace a fan and light fitting

I would like to disconnect a hard wired smoke alarm, and put a new one its its place, plus fit 3 additional battery operated ones. I will supply all alarms.

Install tv & bracket & NEW point 50inch 2X NEW outdoor points. Changing two existing lights exterior Adding 4x lights exterior (brick veneer)

Need to move the internet cable and phone line from the house to the attached granny flat. (wall seperating the two units) There is a socket in the granny flat (image attached) but no cabling

Have spa that needs to be hard wired with a external switch and safety switch

I read the legislation and it seems I will likely need smoke alarms installed to be inline with legislation in qld to rent the house out. Based on the attached plans. How much would installation of the right amount of alarms be to meet minimum legislation requirements? It’s a 4 bedroom and study 2 story home with 2 alarms in there but they may need to be upgraded so they connect with the rest Kind regards, Tiffany

Require licenced electrician to relocate and add GPOs, and swap over bathroom lights including ducting and vent Scope includes: 1. Kitchen due to new layout . Relocate oven/stove GPO and switch . Lower GPO to standard height above benchtop . Add extra GPO for new fridge location 2. Laundry room . Lower GPO to above benchtop height . Add extra GPO for washing and dryer machines 3. Bedroom . Relocate light switch from front entry to bedroom. 4. Replace bathroom lights in 3 bathrooms - like for like . Lights will have a built in exhaust fan so scope includes putting flexible ducting and cutting out eaves/soffits to install new grille vent for air to escape outside (and not left in the attic) Refer to markup photos for reference Note I already have materials for double PowerPoints and bathroom exhaust lights with ducting. I also have sufficient 2.5mm2 and 6mm2 electrical wire to complete the job
