1: One new double power point and new wiring put into my study wall on other side of room. 2: One new single power point replacing for garage door motor on garage ceiling. (The one we have is old and very yellow looking) 3: Remove 2 fluorescent lights on my garage ceiling and replace with 4 Edison 27 flush downlights. Would like light switch for these lights to be changed to double switch. Each switch to turn on 2 new globes each. 4: Remove 2 ceiling 12v downlights and transformers replace both with Edison 27 flush mount down lights. Quote to supply all fittings. My house is a single story house with inside roof access. Date for work to be completed is negotiable. Price is negotiable.
