Trouble shoot, fix or replace down lights.

Hi, we have a few jobs that need to be completed before our end of lease cleaner comes through on Sunday... 4 holes in the ceiling from indoor swings need filling, several holes in walls need patching, several sliding doors that have come off their hinges and 1 downlight needs to be replaced (we've bought the new downlight), cut the bottom of a door.

Downlight in ensuite and bedroom regularly flicker and won’t stay on. Think it’s an issue with wiring as bulbs work intermittently. Need wiring checked/repaired

Install supplied DC fan in bedroom. Ceiling access via manhole in bedroom ceiling. Replace existing bayonet light fitting with new white coloured down light fitting. Newly installed light and one existing down light to both operate on dimmer switch. You to supply white coloured dimmable down light (warm yellow light )and dimmer switch.

Currently all 4 fans have direct power supply n we wanted to have power switch for all 4 fans . Please let us know asap

Hello Will I need to convert downlights in my house to use LED pluggable transformers. I have installed LED lights in them but I believe they are all using Halogen transformers. I will buy the LED lights separately and install them myself once the conversion is done. Have approx 26 downlights and 4 normal bulbs so 30 in total.

I have two power points that have randomly become unstuck. One appears to have just come unstuck from the wall and with the waterproofing bit I can't work out how to put it back in, the switches all work it's just unattached as per the pic. The other one is attached but the button that activated the bathroom fan isn't working, it's like the fan just isn't attached to the button which you can see from the flat button. These are issues in two separate bathrooms for clarity. I also need someone to hang four picture ledges, two sets of two next to each other. Happy if you want to quote just for one of the tasks, I also know it's going to cost more but no idea what so happy for quotes.

I have a FTTN nbn connection at my house. Currently it terminates in an inconvenient room. I would like you to move it to a different room. The house is old double brick. The cable can poke through the ceiling in the new room and run down the wall to a socket (conduit and socket must be supplied by tasker).
