I have a floor lamp I was hoping to have inspected and tested as I suspect the wiring might be faulty. Photos unavailable at the moment but can be provided soon.

Hard wired smoke alarm is beeping. Needs a new batter or to be replaced. Job will require the use of use of a ladder as the ceiling is quite high.

I opened my garage door and then went to close it (with the button) and it sounded like a fuse blew - not 100% sure if this is the case. I have manually closed it so will need to manually re-open it with a chain or such. Thanks in advance!

My downlights are flickering and playing up when turning on. There was some kind of short circuit in my house a while back and want to check what’s up with the room now with those lights. Need qualified electrician to help out and see what’s wrong/ fix any wiring issues. Fee is for initial callout then can discuss if something is up what to do.

NBN box has an optical wire connection issue in the unit inside the house. Likely the connection point has some debris preventing the fibre connecting.

Remove old oven and dispose and replace with oven that will be delivered on Monday 6th May.
